Returns Policy


  • Please contact us immediately upon receiving your order if you need to coordinate a return or exchange
  • For returns, send a email to with the title “RETURN REQUEST” and give us a quick reason for the return as well as the original order number and your contact details
  • You have seven (7) days from the date that you received your package to return it to our store either in person or by mail
  • You are responsible for the cost to ship your return back to us:

  • Unfortunately, beyond seven (7) days of receipt of your order, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, in it’s original packaging, and be in the same condition that you received it with any/ alll tags attached
  • We will process your refund upon receiving the return and inspecting the product to ensure everything is in good condition
  • Exceptions include used beauty products such as lip gloss, lotions, and shampoo etc. as well as items returned that are not in their original condition for reasons not due to error.  These items are not eligible for a return

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If your refund request is approved, we will process the transaction and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment. Due to bank processing times, this may take up to 14 days

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received your refund, please first check your bank account or credit card statement again.  It may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  • If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund after several days, please send us a follow-up email

Sale items (if applicable)

  • Only regular priced items can be refunded.  All SALE items are final and cannot be returned for a refund with the exception of select promo code discounts

Exchanges (if applicable)

  • We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange your item, please immediately send an email to and include the item description, you order number, and your contact details

Shipping Your Return

  • To return your product, please securing package it and mail to:

  • You are responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for returning the product to us in a timely manner
  • We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance
